Hi, I'm Sarah.

From unearthing the ancient past as an archaeologist to guiding deep transformations as a somatic alchemist, my life has always been about discovery.

Then came the plot twist: last year, after very publicly declaring I didn't want children, I found out I was pregnant. My son was born in March 2026, and my world shifted completely.

Who I am, how I move through the world, and what I stand for have radically transformed.

Because of this profound evolution, I am currently in the process of running Regenerative Alchemy, my raved-about advanced somatic practitioner training, which has intimately shaped over 100 practitioners, for the final time.

A new chapter of my work is currently in gestation.
